Support Options
All inclusive support, fixed price per month based upon the number of devices and locations included in the contract. Stay in control of your costs and be reassured we are taking care of everything for you. Stay in control of your budget.
Pre-payment or Block Hours agreements are available. Pay an agreed amount per month for x number of hours support. Each time you make use of the support desk we use up that credit. Unused hours roll forward for a period of 3 months. Additional hours consumed are charged at standard rates.
Smaller organisations can access the support desk services on an ad-hoc basis. We require half an hour of support time to be purchased per months, this time will roll over for up to 3 months if not used. There is no SLA with this service.
